Event Host/Company: PepsiCo
Event Name: PepsiCo Employee Appreciation Week Scavenger Hunt
Event Breakdown: The app was used to host a scavenger hunt for PepsiCo’s national Supply Chain Planning team to find Pepsi related things in their communities and workplaces. The admin utilized both Photo and Trivia clues that their teammates could play from anywhere in the world.
Overall Experience:
“Overall, the experience was great for all that participated. Eventzee was used by employees in locations all across the country to find clues and take pictures in their communities and cities.
Our employees loved the opportunity to participate in an event that included the entire team from our many locations. The app allowed employees to connect over fun tasks and challenges and gave the company an opportunity to connect outside of the workplace.
The use of the Eventzee app was a brand new experience for our company and added a very fun and engaging activity to our annual employee appreciation week. As so many employees work remotely, the app really gave the company a chance to virtually connect and share funny pictures and experiences.”

Host: Brilliant
Event: 2016 Brilliant Summer Outing
Event Breakdown and Testimonial:
Brilliant™ used the Eventzee app as part of the firm’s 2016 Summer Outing for its internal team members. 60 individuals participated in a Scavenger Hunt around the streets of downtown Chicago, Illinois. We used the app to outline various historical and popular Chicago attractions to take teams around the city in a great team-building and fun-filled event.
The participants were extremely engaged with the features of the app. Everyone loved sending in their photos and checking on the leaderboard to see who was in first place. Our end location was on the rooftop of the acclaimed Lyric Opera House, and it was exciting to see everyone race onto the rooftop in order to finish. Using the app was indeed the highlight of everyone’s day!
Without the easy-to-use functionality of the app, we would not have been able to pull off our event with such success. Everyone has been talking about our Scavenger Hunt experience—and will be for years to come.
Thank you for providing us with such a fun, easy and innovative tool for our Summer Outing.

Host: Boy Scouts of America
Event: National Venturing Event – VenturingFest
Event Breakdown and Testimonial:
The Boy Scouts of America’s Venturing program used Eventzee at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia for our first ever National Venturing Event-Venturing Fest.
We wanted a way for our participants to be able to explore the Summit and interact with other participants and Summit staff members. A scavenger hunt was a great way for our participants to get out and explore the site as they looked for clues. We thought an electronic scavenger hunt would better meet the needs of our population, since most of our participants have smartphones and they are easy to carry around and would not get lost like a piece of paper. Our event was 6 days and our scavenger hunt lasted 5 days so we could announce the winner on the last night during our closing show.
Our participants LOVED the Eventzee Scavenger Hunt. We even had adult leaders join the fun and participate, too. This was our most popular event, with over 300 participants actively playing along. Throughout the week, countless youth and adults commented to our Venturing Fest staff about how much they loved the scavenger hunt and how much fun they were having. They equally liked the ability to explore the Summit and get to meet new people along the way, since some of our clues required participants to meet other participants and Summit staff members.
The app benefited our event in so many ways. First, it encouraged our participants to get out and explore the Summit. Many of them had never been there before, so this was a great way for them to see the different program areas. Secondly, this event encouraged interaction between our participants because they were working on clues together. This also gave our participants something to do in the evening when our program areas were closed, but, most of our participants were working on their scavenger hunt during all waking hours of the event. The scavenger hunt added another level of fun and interaction to our event, which was loved by all of our participants!

Host: SomethingInked
Event: SomethingInked Promo Seminar
Event Breakdown and Testimonial:
SomethingInked hosted their 5th Annual Promotional Products Seminar in Las Vegas and incorporated an Eventzee Scavenger Hunt for the first time this year. Centering around a conferencewide Summer Camp theme, the scavenger hunt encouraged players to interact with “bunkmates” as well as vendors and sponsors.
“Our attendees had a blast! It encouraged everyone to go to each booth and mingle more than they would have without the scavenger hunt. And, since it was heavily photo based, we have come away with a lot of great images of products and customers using products that we can use for marketing pieces throughout the year.
We also used it as a tool to find the most popular products from the trade show and to get people engaged with our social media platforms. Overall it was a really fun addition to the event and if we don’t do it again next year I’m sure we will have some complaints!
