Need inspiration for photo and video challenge ideas that work anywhere? These scavenger hunt ideas are built to spark creativity and boost engagement for participants around the globe. Since the challenges aren’t tied to a specific location or event, they’re ideal for virtual scavenger hunts, hybrid events, remote team building, and conferences. - #ThrowBackThursday – Share a past pic of someone eating in an unflattering way.
- Carnival Craziness – Take a photo at a carnival or theme park attraction.
- Detroit Rock City – Take a picture at your nearest concert venue, must include the name of the venue in the photo.
- Do Not Pass Go – Take a picture paying for something with Monopoly money. Must be in an actual store with a store clerk/employee present.
- Great Giveaway – July 15th is National Give Something Away Day so be generous and donate something to charity!
- Hot Diggity Dog – Thursday is National Hot Dog Day so show us a picture eating your ideal hotdog-condiment combination. Don’t be afraid to get weird with your toppings!
- Hydration + Helium = ? – Take a photo in the middle of a water ballon battle.
- I Think I Can, I Think I Can – Take a photo of a train, real or fake.
- Joysticks – Take a photo of an old pinball or arcade video game machine.
- Ludicrous Laws – Creatively represent a weird, but real, law from your home town, city, state, region, etc. Write down the law somewhere in the photo.
- Merch Material – Take a picture wearing a shirt of your favorite music performer.
- National Enquirer – “Flat Rob Marries German Shepard!” “Munzee Men From Space???” “Secret Conspiracy Engineers Doomsday via Scavenger Hunts!?” Create a magazine cover for some outlandish fake story. Get creative!
- Periscope, UP! – Creatively represent being in a submarine under the water.
- Pollock’s Print – Creatively represent a Jackson Pollock painting WITHOUT using paint. Get creative with your materials, but don’t be gross.
- Spelling Sculpture- B – Create the letter “B” using items that begin with the “B.” Must be legible.

- 2:30 or Tooth: Hurty? – Take a photo at a dentist’s office.
- Break the Piggy Bank – Take a picture of a Coinstar or another type of coin exchange.
- Fast Food – Take a photo of a food truck or food cart. Must be outside and show name of the food company.
- Lifesize Whittle – Find a large object carved out of wood.
- Macaroni Art – July 7th is national macaroni day. Get creative with some dried pasta and make us some artwork.
- Pocket Monsters – A popular new geolocation game just hit the market- how would you go about catching monsters in real life?
- Public Transit – Take a photo at a bus stop.
- Pucker Up – Wednesday was National Kissing Day, so creatively represent smooching someone you love. Please keep it PG.
- Punctuation Park?! – Find a large sign with an exclamation or question mark on it.
- Quite the Catch – Creatively represent fishing in doors, show us what you caught!
- Rocky Mountain High – The Eventzee crew just got home from a long road trip to Colorado where they took in the view from some high elevation. Take an awe inspiring picture of your view from a tall hill or mountain.
- Spelling Sculpture- A – Create the letter “A” using items that begin with the “A.” Must be legible.
- The Final Countdown – Creatively represent a race to beat the clock.
- Zootopia – Take a picture at a zoo.

Let the festivities begin! This weekend marks Munzee’s 5th Birthday and members of Team Munzee and Eventzee are celebrating in Denver, CO. We have Eventzee scavenger hunts all week in CO for those who are in attendance where you can earn a variety of badges and hang out with MHQ. Be sure to find EventCzar Dylan to join the hunts throughout the week!
Denver Weekend Hunt- All weekend
Join our weekend-long photo scavenger hunt to earn the Uncle Rob badge and celebrate America’s independence. Starting Thursday at 7 PM CST, you’ll have all weekend to find these 4th of July themed clues. Remember to be creative and wear lots of red, white and blue!
MunzBrews- Thursday, June 30th: 7-10 PM
Join Team Munzee at the Prost Brewery for an evening of Bavarian Beer drinking to kickoff the Birthday Bash festivities. Complete at least one clue in this hunt to earn the exclusive badge! Have a beer or three with MHQ to earn a lifetime of memories! 
Golden Times in Golden, CO- Friday, July 1st: 4-9 PM
Join MHQ in glorious Golden, CO for an evening of Scavenger Hunts galore. This photo scavenger hunt will take you throughout the city of Golden to explore and interact. As always, be creative and have fun!
High Fives for Munzee’s 5th- Saturday, July 2nd: 4-9 PM
It’s Munzee’s 5th Birthday Party! Celebrate and join our Eventzee photo scavenger hunt for a chance to earn an exclusive Eventzee badge. Be prepared to snack on some hiking fiesta food, high five CoachV and much more!
Geowoodstock XIV- Sunday, July 3rd: 2 PM
Word on the street is there is another big geolocational celebration going on… There is tons of fun to be had at Geowoodstock XIV, so be sure to take part in one of many scavenger hunts going on this weekend. Find the guys in the crazy suits to join!

- Graphic Artist – Be a digital kid for a day! Download an adult coloring book app and upload your colored digital picture. You will need to screen shot and use the upload function on Version 1.6
- Hashtag Eventzee – Today (June 30) marks the seventh-annual official global celebration of Social Media Day. Celebrate by posting a “Happy Social Media Day” via your favorite social media and tag Eventzee! Take a screenshot of the post and upload it via the new upload option. NOTE: Must have the Eventzee 1.6 to complete.
- I Believe – July 2 is World UFO day. Take a picture of your best ‘UFO sighting.’
- Jokes On You – July 1 is International Joke Day. Creatively represent your joke and write the joke someplace in the picture.
- Lady Di – Princess Diana’s birthday is tomorrow, July 1 – she would have been 55 years old. Creatively represent a ‘candle in the wind.’
- Life Is A Highway – In the U.S., the Highway Act was signed sixty years ago yesterday (June 29, 1956), leading to the construction of the U.S. Interstate System. Wherever you live, take a picture of a road sign showing a speed limit.
- Outdoor Fitness – Take a picture of an outdoor exercise park.
- Real Life Monopoly -Houses, Hotels, Railroads, or Free Parking… creatively show your preference!
- Riddle Me This -I start with an E and end with an E but usually contain only one letter.
- Someones In My Fruit Cellar – Gardens are in full production in the northern hemisphere and people are using up the stores from last summer in the southern hemisphere. Creatively represent you “storing away the crops”.
- Unlucky – Find an elevator that has a 13th floor.
- Would You Rather? – Have an elephant’s trunk or a giraffe’s neck?
- You Scream, I Scream! – July 1 is creative ice cream flavor day, so create a new flavor! Be creative, hand written and computer printed images will not be accepted.
- You Spin Me Right Round – Find a picture of a building with a revolving door.

This past week, The Eventzee Team (Dylan & Cody) headed down to the wonderful City of Austin, Texas for the 5th Annual iPadPalooza Conference.
IPadPalooza, deemed more of a learning festival than a conference, celebrates the cultural-shift iPads and similar devices have brought about in the education world. The event focused on creativity, social collaboration, engagement, and the compelling ways schools have integrated iPads into their classrooms and beyond.
As a sponsor of this year’s iPadPalooza Conference, Eventzee’s mobile based scavenger hunt app was used to host and run the APPmazing Race each day throughout the conference. We had a ton of players and teams from across the country compete in a variety of tasks in order to gain points and hopefully win some pretty sweet prizes. The teams did not disappoint and came ready to play each day. From costumed crusaders to high flying daredevils, the APPmazing Race players were all in it to win it.

When it was all said and done, many teams and individuals walked away with iPad Pros, iPad Mini’s, YETI Gear, and an assortment of other incredible prizes all put together by Carl Hooker and the iPadPalooza Team. The Eventzee Team may not have walked away with any physical prizes, but we had an amazing time at the conference. We really enjoyed meeting many new people, taking selfies/giving out high fives, and showing off our awesome suits!
We would like to thank all of you who stopped by our booth, participated in the APPmazing Race, and those of you who talked to us just to find out where we got our suits from. It was an amazing week and we can’t wait to attend future iPadPalooza events.
