Ellie Hoffman
With a rich background in marketing and sales spanning her entire career, Ellie discovered her true passion in orchestrating transformative team-building experiences. Her journey from Junior Sales Associate to leading the Sales team at her previous company allowed her to immerse herself in cultivating meaningful client relationships and fostering genuine connections. Ellie’s greatest joy comes from giving back to her community. She champions educational institutions and nonprofit organizations, ensuring they have access to enriching team-building events through a scholarship program she personally spearheaded.
Rachel Lane
Rachel has over 12 years of experience in the team-building industry. A former actress, she began as an event host shortly after completing college. Driven by a passion for enhancing events, she progressed to the role of Head of Production at her previous company. Throughout her career, she has curated customized events for companies such as Google, Netflix, Amazon, Capital One, Chanel, and Electronic Arts. Additionally, Rachel extends her expertise to non-profit organizations, lending her talents to fundraisers and events for JDRF, Pediatric Epilepsy Project, and Camp Good Days, where she volunteers every summer.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Rachel is incredibly passionate about games and puzzles, having done over 100 escape rooms nationwide and regularly participating in bar trivia. Her affinity for puzzles traces back to her childhood love of the classic 90s Myst games. She hosts regular game nights in Santa Clarita, where she lives with her husband and son. Fun fact- she is also the biggest X-Files fan you will ever meet, guaranteed.
